The Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art Lens (Canon EF) is a fast APS-C/Super 35mm standard zoom designed for Canon EF-mount cameras with APS-C sensors. Its standout feature is the constant f/1.8 aperture, which is unusually bright for a zoom and gives excellent low-light performance and strong subject separation.
Its 18-35mm range provides approximately a 29-56mm full-frame equivalent field of view on Canon APS-C, covering wide-angle through normal perspectives. This makes it excellent for street photography, travel, portraits, events, documentary work, and especially video/cinematic shooting.
