Shipping Policy
Please always check with our WhatsApp team for the product’s ready-stock availability and dispatch timeline, as these may vary, sir.
Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on product availability, supplier, warehouse location and order type. The estimated timeline will be mentioned on the product page or confirmed by our support team.
Most orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders are generally not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared when available.
If there is any unexpected delay, our team will provide an update.
Imported & Order Based Products
Some products are imported or arranged specifically against customer orders. These products may require additional processing and delivery time.
The estimated dispatch time is 7–20 working days, depending on product availability, supplier confirmation and warehouse location.
Customers are advised to confirm the product, price, availability, warranty and estimated timeline with our WhatsApp team before placing an order.
Once purchasing or processing has started, cancellation of imported or specially procured products may not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled at the customer’s request after a prepaid payment has been made, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway and transaction processing charges.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.
Orders may generally be canceled within 24 hours, provided processing or purchasing has not started.
If processing, purchasing or procurement has already started, a cancellation fee may apply or cancellation may not be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
Return Policy
Return requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to the applicable product conditions.
Products must normally be unused, complete and in their original packaging and condition.
Some products, including opened software, digital codes, customized products and products specifically marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.
Product-specific return conditions may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and keep the packaging until the product has been checked.
For damaged, incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately with photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take approximately 7–21 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Any applicable cancellation, shipping or processing deductions will be communicated where applicable.
Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer, seller and region of purchase.
Imported products may have different warranty terms from products officially sold in India. Customers should confirm the applicable warranty before purchase.
