Shipping Policy

At GreekSaturn, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Some imported or pre-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original accessories, manuals, tags, invoices, and packaging must be included.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products and gift cards

  • Download codes and activation keys

  • Opened software or games with broken seals

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or any other reason, a full refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, GreekSaturn will arrange the return or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost where appropriate.

For returns requested for reasons other than our error, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
