The Sony ZV-1F is a compact camera designed specifically for vlogging, travel and everyday content creation. It combines a 20.1MP 1-inch Exmor RS CMOS sensor with a fixed ZEISS 20mm-equivalent F2.0 wide-angle lens, making it particularly well suited to handheld selfies, group shots and showing more of the surrounding scenery.
The ultra-wide 20mm-equivalent lens is one of the ZV-1F's biggest advantages. It gives you plenty of room when holding the camera at arm's length, while the F2.0 aperture helps in indoor and lower-light situations. The lens can focus as close as approximately 5cm, which is useful for product and close-up content.
For video, the ZV-1F records 4K up to 30p and Full HD up to 120p. Creator-focused features include Background Defocus, Product Showcase Setting, Eye AF, Face Priority AE, Soft Skin Effect and Active Mode electronic stabilization.
The camera has a 3-inch vari-angle touchscreen and a built-in directional 3-capsule microphone, with the supplied windscreen helping reduce wind noise when recording outdoors. It also includes a 3.5mm microphone input, allowing you to connect an external microphone when needed.
